A bit about hit and miss engines:

They're an otto cycle ICE, except they don't fire every 4 cycles. Yeah, read the Wiki entry and it'll make more sense. I'd love to have one, just to fuck around with. I reckon they're about the coolest sounding engine out there.

Love the first one. Love the sound, would love to have one. If you look carefully at the 2nd video, you can see the centrifugal governor weights on the flywheel moving in and out.
