Dudes, this is Richos baby, we are only here cause he made this place, we do nothing without his prior.

There is no date without Richo and discussion.

Just to clarify for those who seem to think that Richo was not going to be considered.

This proposed gathering would have been shifted to what ever date was most suitable for all concerned.

i would love to attend something like this... though i vote we should all road-trip up to p1g's place... ;P

i will have to see how i go closer to the time, really have no idea what is happening with my work situation atm, and by that stage there is a 99.99% possibility that i will have one 4.5mth old working malinois puppy that will be needing a fuckload of daily attention... ie anywhere i go pup comes too...
I show a clear pattern of unpredictability.

I know I'm new here but reckon aside from the dates, I have the perfect idea for a meet.

The Bathurst 1000 4-7 October.

I go with my boys every year and there is nothing in this world more blokey than 4 days camping on the mountain in Oct.
It's party all night and motorsport all day.

Many of you have probably been and know just what a party the campground up there is at night, for the ones that haven't, it'll blow your minds!
If anyones interested that hasn't done a Bathurst weekend, let me know. I can help you with info about costs, campgrounds etc.

Believe it or not, I've only been once and that was way back when I was working in hospitality (93/4 I think). but that sounds like some fun.

Might have to consider a road trip for this one...

And I love the Bathurst call. Never been; it'd be a fine thing indeed to dig it with the Dudeworld crew :-*

A road trip you say Kimmo!

Well no road trip is complete without another roadie to go with and a whole galaxy of uppers, downers, screamers, and laughers. Watch out! This is bat country!

the green one is the other forum's annual meet. Ours is on June 30 and probably in Sydney.
Malt Shovel Brewery is the likely destination - Darling Harbour.  Check out "The Nitro Bar" on
  the front page.  Or....

I have been thinking a bit about this.  I do that sometimes, think.  Not often but sometimes.

I was actually thinking that the knuck deserves it's own meet at some point.  Sure a social do before the green thing is a great excuse for a meeting of mates prior to going to something else.

But I really think if all the knuck dudes/dudettes committed to a Knuck meet I'd be more likely to pull a couple of large notes out for an airfare and accomodation.

Lancer's idea of a meet prior to the green thing is a great idea for people who are part of both worlds, it makes perfect sense, but maybe it's time to start thinking about a first truly "Knuck" meet as well.

I guess what I am trying to say is that there's no 'us and them' and that this place deserves it's own celebration.

"Knuckledown One"
