used windows (no service pack)  movie maker - crap, primitive but it works. Picked 2mbs broadband vid settings to convert the avi to wmv. others gave shit fullscreen + shit sound. even DV was shit.

yeah its fun to play with the cam mount... been mucking around with it a bit.

Black and white knocked me up a helmet mount on the top of an old open face but to date the footage has been disappointing. It gets the chrome front end in alot of film which spazzes out the ccd (sun reflections) ... bummer.. also nowhere near as good for the lean angle footage. The general public hated it too... resented being on film... the bike mount drew nowhere near the same reactions.. weird eh?

Was definitely worth a try though!

need to get a better vid editing box + software though. (should be do-able - have enough parts laying around)
need a mini dv cam (err its still pov-cam for a while yet.... rofl - no disposable cash flo... lol)

what are your speeds Horatio?   everyone else reported a great speed too, maxed out a couple of broadband connections!

I'm on a 1.5Mbit iinet plan and I was getting a consistent 150-160kb/s for the entire dl.

As for the size of your vids, check your PMs ;)
