The leftovers from the original Chef's table thread.

 :)

Hardman and I were discussing how there should be a cooking thread on Knuck. Whiteglove brought it to our attention that there already was one cooking thread.

But I still wanted to start another one and besides, food is one of those things you can't ever have too much of.

Also, the other thread has been about barbecuing. Although I'm just as comfortable with a grill as I am a stove, for now, we'll keep things in the kitchen.

Recipes and pictures to follow.  :-*

Doc's BBQ Dim Sim.

Cut required amount of Dim Sims in half, cook on hot BBQ plate turning once until they become a nice brownish colour.

There ya go Doc, I posted it for you  ;D ;D ;D

Okay, so this is the scraps from the old Chef's table thread. These are the few posts that I just couldn't figure out anything to do with, but I didn't want to delete them and so, here they are.
Where everything out here ain't what it seems
When I'm down to nothing, I just go ahead and dream
And face the fact that I'm a circle in a world full of squares
