The neverending poem
« on: March 31, 2007, 10:28:59 PM »
Add to this as you see fit.

The idea is that life is not a thing that belongs just to me, we are all part of a greater learning whole - so our conjoint learning experiences form the poem that is human life.

The last line of the the following poem is going to be....

"So I could die"

shit my pants
cut my teeth
learned to ride a bike
rode waves twice the size of me
cried at death
laughed so many times
found love
learned hurt
learned to grow again
knew joy
marvelled at birth
grew a beard
found that i could hurt
patted a dog
became a hero
forgot myself for someone else
howled at the moon
sang in public
held a hand
cried after i'd hurt a mate
learned to drive
rode a motorcycle
went over 260 kmh
kissed a kid better
got so drunk
ate chocolate
had my first kiss
learned to do it better
had sex
learned to do it better
learned to shave
bought a lotto ticket
mowed my lawn
worked for 45 years

take it where you will, please just add an actual experience.

Add your bit here:

Or put it in a reply here and i will copy it over later.
